volume/vibrate buttons, the speakers/headphones, and touch all work, and there's no screen damage. yes i would buy this one instead of the 5g version. Inturn the phone would disable its internal microphone.
This might be from lint or debris inside the charging port or headphone jack. My wife's Iphone has developed a glitch - it only works on 'speaker phone' setting, otherwise you cannot hear the voice from the other connected phone and they cannot hear you. The buttons that do work are the 'volume up/down', the 'answer/hangup' buttons. If it wasn't for the lack of this lone feature, the Pixel 4A would be in the running for my favorite phone so far in 2020.
